Hello Drewicz Community!

Each day, our team is committed to supporting each of our children and each other. The relationships, high expectations, and care each of us in the community brings to our children is key to us loving, challenging, and supporting them to become the best version of themselves. The observations children make, the questions they ask, and the joy they bring to their learning inspire and motivate us. Together we can create so many possibilities.

As we start the 2025-26 school year, we want to share some key information with you:

• School starts for Grades 1-5 on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.
• On Friday, September 5, 2025, Kindergarten will host its Open House from 9:00 am - 10:00 am. Kindergarten's first day of school is Monday, September 8, 2025.
• On the first day of school, breakfast will be served in the classroom at 7:45 am.
• After the first day, breakfast will be available in the cafeteria from 7:15 am - 7:40 am. At 7:45 am, students will move to their classrooms with their teachers to begin instruction (see flyer below).

We want all of our children to have a fruitful school day, every day, and our expectations are designed to help them live out our Drewicz values of being positive, attentive, safe, responsible, and respectful (see flyer below). We support this by beginning each day with the Drewicz Pledge:

I will act in such a way that I will be proud of myself, and others will be proud of me, too. I promise to be safe in all that I do, to be respectful and attentive to my teachers and classmates, to be responsible by listening and cooperating in class. I will have a positive attitude and always be the best that I can be.
